SUKA dan BISA : UJI KOMITMEN (4)

Truely speaking, it's hard to manage my mind in this deases. May be,so far, I talk too much, so I get this exam. I organize many events. I gather people to attend to the events. I speak a lot toward them. Moreover,  many people ask me for advices everyday. Many people consult their problems everyday to me, about family problem, marriage, husband, wife, children, education, religion, organization etc. I listen them well, I give them support, advices, suggestions, pray and bla bla bla. Now, makan tuh kaji Betty!!! Probably, I spend many times for others?

Allah gives me His tarbiah directly. Allah loves me. He forces me in order I get down sujud ambarassed, for my poorly. I have to take a rest, give a boundle of time for my own family.

Pertemuan perdana akan digelar Rabu, 29 Juni 2022 jam 09.00-11.00 seperti yang sudah disosialisasikan jauh jauh hari, secara nasional. Tetiba, malam tanggal 28, ada peserta yang request jamnya dimajukan karena mendadak beliau ada panggilan pelatihan di Dinas Pendidikan. Langsung koordinasi di grup WA. Bismillah Review journal #7 ini kembali saya berjodoh dengan mbak Siti Sadiah dari IP Bekasi, MaasyaAllah. Kebenaran sekali ini beliau juga orang yang erat kaitannya dengan penerbitan buku, sesuai dengan projek Tim Seru di Ibu Pembaharu ini.   Suami beliau juga seorang penulis yang bukunya sudah dicetak berulang kali dengan jumlah cetakan  yang sangat banyak setiap edisinya. Peluang besar bagi saya untuk bisa berguru dengan beliau. Maasyaallah. TEAM BUILDING The second lesson in Kampus Ibu Pembaharu is Team Building. How to start team building? Firstly, we have to love our problem. Dont' find the solution directly, but find the root of the problem first. Take just one problem that will be solved, dig deeper first, forget the solution first, forget the project first, focus on the problem.  The iceberg must have the root of the problem, if a problem statement has not been made or written, write it again. Love your problem, and fall in love with it.😍 Next, we need friends and team because we can't solve the problem alone, we need a continuous process.  Sometimes, we ask oursef, Why does it just keep going like this? Why is it stagnant?
