SCALE UP IMPACT  is the last material in Kampus Ibu Pembaharu. In fact, I have done it well, eventhough I am busy with many activities both inside and outside of home, Alhamdulillah.

Starting from identifying problems, finding team, understanding and loving problems more, setting smart goals, identifying actions, time to act and then appreciate the action.

I feel like I deserve to celebrate it, celebrating solutions. Alhamdulillah, I have done all the journals and reviews system, and also taking part in the three major events held by Ibu Pembaharu, InshaAllah.

TIM SERU is a family team that always hopes that this TEAM will always be in fun and joyful. More over the TIM SERU hobby is to invite families to be better.

We gathered in a team because we had the same problem, namely we wanted to capture  our family journey especially in  homeschooling part  in the form of books.

In homeschooling, the family is fully responsible toward children and family education.

In the process of action, there was also a sense of doubt about the impact given to the community by Tim Seru action.

However, when the APRESIAKSI  material, we analyzed the social impact, our confidence skyrocketed because the society that will except the impact  are very enthusiastic .Alhamdulillah.

TIM SERU is ready for action by presenting solutions. Tim seru is ready to share happiness to the world.

REVIEW JOURNAL #7 ApresiAKSI

Bismillah Review journal #7 ini kembali saya berjodoh dengan mbak Siti Sadiah dari IP Bekasi, MaasyaAllah. Kebenaran sekali ini beliau juga orang yang erat kaitannya dengan penerbitan buku, sesuai dengan projek Tim Seru di Ibu Pembaharu ini.   Suami beliau juga seorang penulis yang bukunya sudah dicetak berulang kali dengan jumlah cetakan  yang sangat banyak setiap edisinya. Peluang besar bagi saya untuk bisa berguru dengan beliau. Maasyaallah. Berikut review Journal Mba Siti Sadiah menurut saya, dimana secara keseluruhan jurnal Mba Siti sudah bagus, sudah sesuai dengan materi yang disampaikan Bu Septi di materi #7 ini.  Social Impact, Theory of Change, The Logic Model, Risk Management and Stop Continue, Start sudah digambarkan dan dijelaskan dengan templet secara detail, dan dapat dimengerti.  Saya turut mendoakan semoga Aksi Mbak Siti bersama timnya, Taman Tufaila, dapat berjalan dengan sukses dan memberikan dampak positif

TEAM BUILDING

TEAM BUILDING The second lesson in Kampus Ibu Pembaharu is Team Building. How to start team building? Firstly, we have to love our problem. Dont' find the solution directly, but find the root of the problem first. Take just one problem that will be solved, dig deeper first, forget the solution first, forget the project first, focus on the problem.  The iceberg must have the root of the problem, if a problem statement has not been made or written, write it again. Love your problem, and fall in love with it.😍 Next, we need friends and team because we can't solve the problem alone, we need a continuous process.  Sometimes, we ask oursef, Why does it just keep going like this? Why is it stagnant?
