How to start team building?
Firstly, we have to love our problem. Dont' find the solution directly, but find the root of the problem first.
Take just one problem that will be solved, dig deeper first, forget the solution first, forget the project first, focus on the problem.
The iceberg must have the root of the problem, if a problem statement has not been made or written, write it again. Love your problem, and fall in love with it.😍
Next, we need friends and team because we can't solve the problem alone, we need a continuous process.
Sometimes, we ask oursef, Why does it just keep going like this? Why is it stagnant? It probably, because there is no team, we are just doing the same thing over and over again. If we do it together it will be easy.
Who are our friends?
1. those who have the same problem as us
2. those who have the same concern as us
3. those who have influence on our problems
4. those who have different skills from us
5. Those who are enthusiastic
are part of the solution
who is our team?
1. Our family members
2. Friend at Kampus Ibu Pembaharu.
3. a regional friend who is a non-Kampus Ibu Pembaharu student,
4. a fellow member of a Ibu Profesional
5. friends outside of Ibu Profesional
How to do it?
1. look back at the problem statement and the root of the problem, use these 2 things as our guide to move on.
2. Make storyboard
create an interesting narrative, it can be in the form of writing, video, graphic design or whatever to get * listening
Feeling empathy, I feel what you feel
Cognitive empathy, I understand your view
Compossive empathy, I understand and I feel what you feel.
3. Use User Personal.
Do the Campaign. This is my campaign here.
Map the softskill and hardskill.
Map the human resources that you get.
Skill for effective teamwork
Communication skill
Collaboration skill
Problem solving skill
Re-identify the scope and nature of the problem to come up with some good solutions before taking action
Focus on solutions
After understanding the problem, brainstorm solutions so that you focus on the solution instead of focusing on the problem
Use Data
learn the types of data available then interpret the data set
